Hello, I’m Matthew Mason, founder of Superb Learning. I help experts and aspiring course creators like you develop exciting and engaging training experiences that focus on the use of technology to provide a quality learning experience.

Step 1 - Define Destination

First, we define the destination.
  • What is it?
  • Where do you want to be going?
  • What does that look like?

Step 2 – Map Ecosystem

This is the exciting part that we love, where we work with you to extract that invaluable (but intangible) intellectual property in your head. Using the award-winning Think RAPT system, we extract your IP into a series of visual model structures that help to present your ideas powerfully.
Then turn that into an ecosystem of potential products and digital resources, that you can use to engage with your market at different stages.

Step 3 - Design Detail

From there, we design the detail around what those engaging experiences are going to be. 
The key here is to try as many different content types as possible before permanently settling on any specific formats. You might be surprised at how your audience is attracted to one unconventional content type, and you don’t want to miss out by hesitating to try out that format.

Step 4 - Launch MVP

Then, we launch an MVP - a minimal viable product. This is a road test to see what is going to attract the attention of your ideal clients.

Is everything held online?

Yes, we deliver the whole Signature Solution Accelerator online, using a blended approach of virtual sessions and online training programs. 

If I am doing the Personalised Premium Package, can I come to you?

Yes, but travel costs are not included in the cost of the program. Please arrange a time to discuss this with my team.

Do I have to launch during the 12 week program?

No. We understand that you may need more time to build the assets and setup the systems, and this may extend beyond the 12 week Accelerator. However, it is important to remember that perfection prevents progress so you don't wantto delay launch until everything is perfect. We will be pushing you to at least launch an MVP during this time to validate your idea. Don't forget we will be partnering with you, so even after the 12 week program we will still be holding you accountable to make sure that you launch in a timely manner. 

If I do the Guided Group Program but still need support with building assets and implementing the system, what can I do? 

During the Guided Group Program we will provide you with links to a range of tools, templates and training that can help you to DIY the asset build and platform implementation. We can also provide additional services related to graphic design, asset development and system setup at an additional cost.
